248 S Hale - Finished
This home is just about finished. Only a few quick miscellaneous items remain. Here's a look at the finished product.
248 S Hale - Painting
Here are a few rooms of Hale freshly painted. The windows have also been cleaned.
111 S Bothwell - Raising Walls
The first floor deck is on. We helped raise the back wall today. Hopefully Com Ed will hook up the electric soon so we can get off the generators.
111 S Bothwell - Foundation
The foundation is up.
Once the small strips of Styrofoam are removed you'll see a small brick ledge that allows us to go lower with the bricks. This is a nice detail as is hides much of the concrete foundation on the finished home.
248 S Hale - Cabinet Installation
I almost forgot I took these. Here are a few pictures of when George was installing the kitchen cabinets a few weeks ago.
111 S Bothwell - Sewer & Water Hook up
At least the water got hooked up. The sewer was an old clay pipe that will need to be replaced. We will do that just before backfilling the foundation.
248 S Hale - Painting
Wood floors have been completed and stained. They have been covered for protection. We have the painters in there for the next few weeks.

Fuzzy just finished grading the lot.
