We are just about to start the carpenter trim & doors. Tile and wood floors are going in now. Oak stairs have been installed. Everything is moving along and we should be complete by the end of the summer.

At 106 W Aldridge, We are now installing rough electric.

The carpenters have just started laying out the roof at 106 W Aldridge. And 134 W Aldridge has had the driveway paved and the site graded.

Foundation is backfilled, underground plumbing is in, and we started the rough framing.

We have excavated and are now pouring the footings for the new home at 106 W Aldridge in Palatine.

156 has been completed, but we weren’t able to take interior finished photos.
134 just had the oak stairs installed at the 1st floor & basement.
2300 is just about done. Still finshing up a few last things and touchups. Here are a few interior photos of the progress.

On the exterior we are starting the siding. On the interior, insulation has been installed and we will be starting drywall.
