5N773 Rochefort - Kneewall & Steel
Here we have the foundation finshed & backfilled with the kneewall almost complete. Our steel contractor is working with our carpenters to set the steel.
5N773 Rochefort - Excavation
We just broke ground for a new single family. This one is going to be about 4,400 sqft.
353 N Emroy - Exterior Concrete
Concrete is looking good. Next we will remove the fence and grade the site.
353 N Emroy - Flooring & Stairs
Both the oak flooring & oak stairs are installed. Next up is interior trim & millwork. Cabinets have been delayed so we’ll do everything we can until those come in.

The exterior siding is almost complete. We just need to add the post column wrap on the front stoop. The interior is dry walled, but not much to look at yet. We are starting tile this week.
