Bothwell is finished and sold.

22 W Summerset - Foundation

The foundation has been poured.  The forms are off, though they are still on site.  If the weather holds out we should start the carpenter at the end of the month.

Bothwell - Cabinets & Finished Exterior

111 S Bothwell is just about done.  We have some very nice looking white painted cabinets in the the kitchen with a dark stained island.  We still need the get the granite countertops put in.  Also, here is a nice shot of the finished exterior with some landscaping.

22 W Summerset Court - Beginning

We just started another home at 22 Summerset.  This was the last lot in our Summerset Subdivision.  Here's some shots of the excavation.

Benton - Fist Floor Walls

The first floor walls are up.  We will be starting the second floor deck this week.

Here is the carpenter progress over the past few days on the deck. They are starting first floor walls today.  They even got out there on Saturday to try and make up for some lost time with the rain.
