Most the siding and all the stone work is complete. We need to finish the front porch siding after we pour the concrete later this week.

5N773 Rochefort - Insulation

The home is insulated and ready for drywall. Full masonry fireplace is up, but it still needs mantle and hearth installed.

5N773 Rochefort - The Rough

We have all the rough mechanicals installed including framing, fire stop, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. The masonry and fireplace is just about complete. The well & septic were installed too. We are ready for the Village rough inspections, then moving on to insulation and drywall.

Rough framing & roofing are done. We just poured the concrete slabs. Next we’ll frame the basement and start the mechanicals.

Roof & 2nd Floor Framing

For the most part the weather has been very good for building this winter. Here the carpenters have framed the 2nd floor and are setting roof trusses.

5N773 Rochefort - Kneewall & Steel

Here we have the foundation finshed & backfilled with the kneewall almost complete. Our steel contractor is working with our carpenters to set the steel.
