The foundations are complete at the 2 homes in Nessies Grove Subdivision. Over at 2300 Brockway we are just forming up the foundation walls.
Nessies Grove Subdivision - Demo & Foundation
We started construction at Nessies Grove Subdivision in Palatine. It is a small subdivision where we will build three new homes. We just finished the demo and are starting the foundations on the first two homes. The third home will be built separately probably after these two are complete.

We purchased a large piece of property in Palatine with an old house to be torn down. The property has been subdivided for us to build 3 new homes. Before demolition we let the local fire departments use the old home for practice.

Inside we installed the cabinets & other carpenter trim. Outside we rough graded and installed the sidewalks.
